How are the plants shipped?
Plants are always shipped bare root for different reasons: (1) it prevents residual moisture in the substrate, reducing rotting problems during the shipment (2) the probability that the plant will break, especially in the neck area is minimized; and (3) we reduce shipping costs, both by weight and volume.
However, if you want to receive the potted plants, please let us know in the order comments.
When will you send the order?
Usually, orders are shipped between 2 and 5 days after receipt of payment. Although occasionally we delay the shipment to ensure that the plants travel in the best conditions (for example: the plant has just been watered, or the root has not completely dried and it is considered a better option not to pack).
When will I receive my order?
Once the package is prepared, within Spanish the delivery is stipulated between 48-72 hours. For European countries, between 5-10 days. Outside of Europe it depends on the postal services of the country, but it usually ranges between 2-4 weeks.
What should I do when I receive my plants?
Open your package slowly, and please check the content carefully (small plant packages could be mistaken for filler paper). Check that your order is complete. All plants are shipped perfectly packaged and labeled.
You can plant them immediately, but it is also a good option to leave them for 24 hours out of the package, in a cool and dry place, so that they acclimate before potting.
Carry out the first seat irrigation 48 hours after transplanting.
What type of substrate should I use?
The best option is to use a mineral substrate. We use a mixture of 50% pomice, 30% silex sand and 20% of mixed peat. But obviously, there must be variations depending on the type of plant and the conditions in which it is going to be grown.
How often do I water my cacti?
It is important to note that the growing conditions (location, substrate used, physiological state of the plant, age of the plant, climate, …) determine the irrigation. So it is something that we cannot generalize.
However, one watering a week for cacti and two waterings for succulents during the growing months can be taken as a guide. In vegetative rest (they normally coincide with the winter months), reduce irrigation almost completely in favorable climates (only some small maintenance irrigation) and totally in colder areas.
How often is the catalog updated?
The catalog is usually updated every 6 to 7 weeks, but there are no preset dates. If you want to know the exact day and time of the new updates, follow us on social networks (Instagram and Facebook).

What can I do if the plant that interests me is already sold?
If any of the plants you are interested in is sold, please contact us. Sometimes we have similar plants to offer you.
To facilitate our work, we appreciate that you indicate the CODE of the reference plant and not just the name. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
I am having trouble placing my order. What I can do?
Please inform us about your problem as soon as possible, as plants that are not reserved may be purchased by other customers. We will help you solve it.
I have problems on the payment through credit card. How can I solve that?
If paying by credit card is giving you problems. Select Bank transfer as the payment method and indicate in the comments of the order that you want to pay by credit card. We will send you a new payment request.
Can I pay by PayPal?
We’re sorry, but we don’t accept PayPal payments.
How long do I have to make the payment?
As a general rule, orders must be paid once the reservation is made. We cannot accept delays in payment during the launch of the new catalog and for 3 days afterwards. If payment is not completed within 24 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.
After the first 3 days, orders not paid within 3 days will be automatically canceled.
Is there an alternative payment method?
If you want to pay by Western Union or Money Gram, select Bank Transfer as the payment method and indicate in the comments of the order which option you want to use.
